Lovely stay at Ems place. Ideal location to get to different areas of Cornwall and a 5 min walk from the shops. Really lovely views, a real treat to be able to look at the sea and at Michael’s mount when having breakfast. Very clean and great amenities. Em herself was very responsive, very friendly and super helpful. Great for the dogs too. Thanks!

absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

A wonderful stay in a stunning location. Meg is the perfect host, very responsive with contact details provided if required. The house is accurately described and is pleasant, comfortable and clean. It has everything you can possibly need for a pleasurable stay. The location is a hidden gem, a beautiful beach situated in a quiet village with a convenient store close to the beach offering essentials, tasty ice creams and good coffee. Would love to return here again one day. Can highly recommend 😊

Gerry’s home is fabulous! Conveniently located for local cliff walks and fun day trips. We ate at the pub across the street every day. Just watch out for seagulls stealing your ice cream cone!

A fantastic quirky (in a good way) house and extremely well placed for easy walking into Padstow. Very private. Everything we needed was provided and so very dog friendly - super rear enclosed garden, dog towels, blankets to cover the furniture etc.; we could not have asked for more. The garden itself was well provided with furniture for the good weather both at the front and rear. Altogether an excellent stay - super family accommodation and we will definitely return to stay.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Great location for those who like being remote, sea views and only nature’s noises. Cliffs, beaches, wildlife within various walking distances.

Absolutely stunning location! The views are outstanding and the private access direct to the estuary/beach is great. The garden is steep but that’s to be expected, we made great use of the pool and hot tub and it was an added bonus that we could use the paddle boards! The house its self is beautiful and spotlessly clean. A few things do need sorting though, there was the odd missing door handle, bifold doors are hard to use and the master bathroom door didn’t close. However these didn’t bother us at all as everything else was perfect. Easy walking distance to Crantock and Fistral beaches, which were both beautiful. We would 100% book again! Great little place with access to St Ives and Penzance via bus. The rooms were on the smaller side but very comfortable and well decorated. The kitsch and living space were great and well-equipped. Tina came across as very accommodating and helpful, and welcomed us with a few treats !

we had a fantastic stay here, the signal box was gorgeous and well equipped with everything you need and more! Nice touches of shampoos and shower gels incase we'd forgotten, a bottle of fizz and a jug of milk in the fridge also! We found the property to be clean and welcoming and hot tub was excellent and clean. we thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous pet sheep that came to see us everyday 😍 The view from the property is amazing and the sunrise was to die for! we had dinner at The springer Spaniel one evening, lovely food and great cocktails!! we would easily recommend this gorgeous place and jacqui is a lovely welcoming helpful host! we hope to be back soon! We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

Just spent a long weekend with family at this amazing place, it really has the wow factor! Beautiful countryside views, lovely tastefully decorated accommodation, with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It’s such a peaceful beautiful location. We enjoyed early morning walks to watch the cows come back from milking and listening to the owls hooting at night. Melanie is such a lovely lady, so warm and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. The nicest static caravan we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, our hosts were great on messaging and left us a very helpful book which made everything so easy, even with two boys. The park was really quiet even though it was full, the boys loved the park and the pub was perfect for a quiet pint in the evening. The value for money was unreal, the absolute perfect base for exploring any part of Cornwall

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

This place was incredible and the photos do not do the views justice. It is in the perfect location for exploring the north coast of Cornwall, close to the camel estuary and the coastal paths and no more than an hour to St Ives and the south coast as well. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you should need for time away. Great to have the barbecue to cook on as well. Everything was spotless, the showers were strong and hot, and the bonus for us was the outside shower so that we could wash dogs easily after their escapades on the beaches. The supermarket is a short drive away in Wadebridge. Wr recommned walking on Watergate bay at low tide, coastal paths from Rock to Polzeath, around Trevose head to Booby bay, Fistral beach to Crantock and beyond, swimming in Porth, Crantock and Harlyn beach. If you want to visit Padstow and St Ives go early for parking and to avoid the crowds. Thank you Cate and Ben. We will be back.

Beautiful house in an amazing location - being able to open the french doors in the master bedroom each morning and see and hear the sea was simply wonderful! Beautifully decorated throughout, complete with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for a group/family.

We had the most incredible stay at this property. The views alone were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, with the deck overlooking the sea. The beach is a short walk down the cliff side from the property (the walk back up is a workout to say the least, especially on a boiling hot day!) and a stroll across the sand couldn’t have been more peaceful. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. This is the perfect place to switch off, with bedrooms with great views and a spacious living room and kitchen. The only thing we’d suggest is possibly bringing your own essentials, such as milk, butter and cooking bits as local shops are about a 15 minute drive. Overall we can’t recommend this place enough, we really needed to reset after a hectic few months and we finally managed to here for which we are so grateful.

Alex & Arlene were fantastic hosts. I would recommend anyone to stay in the apartment if they want to spend some time in Newquay.

Just returned from a lovely weeks stay at the Gem and everything about it was perfect - fully equipped, spotless + great location. In walking distance to some lovely restaurants in town or Fistral beach and Crantock beach. It is also a great location to explore other costal towns in Cornwall. If you have a paddleboard or Kayak I would recommend taking it as you can walk straight down to the waters edge from the property. Overall this was a 10/10 stay.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We loved our stay at Dominic 's we was there all week. the BBQ and table tennis was a great hit with the family. The garden was very spacious which our dog loved. The seating outside is lovely especially if you are a bird lover and the outside bath was a hit with my husband. The bungalow is light , airy and comfortable and has everything you need. and was well situated if you want to explore Cornwall. We would definitely recommend a visit at Dominic's and hope to return soon.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay. The area is very peaceful and quiet which was perfect for switching off for a few days. Olivia and Daniel were really friendly and helpful. Their dog blue who roams about the gardens was an added bonus! Such a lovely temperament. The surrounding area is stunning. Couldn’t recommend this listing enough!
