Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Trieste

Das Häuschen von Elizabeta ist ein Traum. ein wunderschönes Steinhaus mit drei klimatisierten Schlafzimmern, jeweils eigenem Bad und bequemen Betten. Die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Elizabetas Oma hat uns mit leckeren Himbeeren aus den eigenen Garten versorgt. Wenngleich wir leider weder italienisch noch kroatisch sprechen, konnten wir uns mit den Großeltern dann doch verständigen. Elizabeta spricht fantastisch Englisch und reagierte auf Nachrichten von uns sehr schnell. Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert. Kurzum: Es war wunderbar und wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter.

Wir haben die Unterkunft geliebt, unsere Gastgeberfamilie war außerordentlich freundlich, lieb, proaktiv und zuvorkommend und sie haben uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants gegeben. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

We loved this unique small place, it was so clean and Asia gave the most welcoming and friendly, easy information for all we needed. 🥰 Location is little bit up hill, but it was perfect for us, got some sport after eating so many good pizza & pasta in the city. 🍝🍕 Room was so clean and fresh, bed and pillows were great. There’s some noise from the traffic, but did not bother us at all ☺️ Good safe neighborhood, grocery store, pizza place, restaurant and pubs you can find all very close by. And just 15 min walk to the down town.

Robert und seine Frau waren sehr gastfreundlich, sie sprechen slowenisch, kroatisch und englisch, was die Kommunikation erleichtert. Die Gegend ist sehr ländlich und idyllisch sowie ruhig gelegen. Die Abende auf der Terrasse sind wunderschön und bleiben uns noch lange in Erinnerung. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sodass man dort auch gerne Zeit verbringt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at Renata’s place was the perfect ending for our Italian family trip from Bologna to Trieste (one mother and two daughters). The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the train station, but there is a bus line also to easier access, than 5 minute walk uphill from bus station to the house. We felt safe and in peace at this accommodation. The three levelled house is gorgeous, well equipped and has a personal vibe through the little details, carefully decorated with personal treasures, unique items and renovated furnitures. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arriving, bathroom and kitchen extra tidy and clean! We got towels, slippers and Renata & Dario even got us some welcome goodies for breakfast and for snacks and welcomed us with nicely written words too. We had everything we needed in the kitchen also. The view is even better than in pictures, perfect for eating outside on the terrace, and sippin’ in the coastal atmosphere. There is simply nothing to complain about! 10/10

We absolutely loved our time at Anna’s tiny home. It was a perfect size for the two of us and the little garden outside was a lovely addition. We especially enjoyed being able to dry our laundry outside. Anna’s place is in a great location - close to restaurants that are not just for tourists, but also a short walk to the tourist area or public transit. Anna met us for check in and gave us several ideas for what to do with our time in Trieste - we ended up doing everything she suggested and had a great visit. Would absolutely come again.

Sehr gute lage, zentral in Barcola, aber ruhig. Tolles Ambiente, schöne Zimmer. Und René war ein hervorragender Host, sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, informativ, sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Ohne Zweifel würde ich sofort nochmal buchen, falls ich in Trieste wäre. Danke, René!

The apartment hosted by Denis was a welcoming surprise: very spacious and impeccably clean. The bedrooms are large and nicely decorated. Beds were as comfortable as can be. The living room is lovely. A separate toilet makes sharing the shower room easy. The rain shower and hand-held suits all habits. You can cook a great meal or just have an Illy espresso in their lavish kitchen. The high-ceilinged old architecture has been preserved with tasteful modern conveniences. Denis and Francesca are perfect hosts, giving great tips and answering all questions promptly. They took great care of us. The building is up a direct steep hill road from the side of the station, but a short walk to via Udine makes it much easier with luggage taking the same time. Hoping to go back and stay again.

Die Wohnung ist recht zentral gelegen, sodass man das Stadtzentrum sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht. Dazu ist die Wohnung prima ausgestattet und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Adriana war von Anfang bis Ende sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden also jederzeit wieder hier unterkommen!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung in Triest! Die Vermieterin war außergewöhnlich freundlich, stets gut erreichbar und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns persönliche Empfehlungen zu geben. Ihre Tipps waren wirklich hilfreich und auf unsere Fragen individuell abgestimmt – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, aber dank Klimaanlage und Ventilator war es immer angenehm kühl, auch an heißen Tagen. Das Bad ist sehr schön und die ganze Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft und Paola als Host absolut weiterempfehlen!

grds. Gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer, wenn auch auf die Hafen Anlagen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und neuwertig saniert.

We arrived late in the evening from Venice. Giacomo was very understanding and flexible, he greated us personally. The apartment is exactly like it is adverised: clean, private, comfortable and just 5 minutes from the train station. You shouldn’t think twice booking this beautiful apartment.

Good place, easy access to old town and the castle. Also several bakeries with friendly staff in the same direction, and a nearby street with loads of local social life going on and creative restaurants. The apartment was spaceous, nicely organized and the presence of a washing machine with drier option is really awesome.

We were in transit for 1 night before our cruise. Super great place, lots to see. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment was great very big very comfortable. Well equipped. Highly recommend to other guests. Host was very accommodating and proactive. Great stay 😃

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het appartement van Fabio! Super gezellig appartement met echt alle voorzieningen die je maar kan wensen. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n goed uitgeruste Air bnb gehad! Super makkelijke binnenkomst. Het appartement was makkelijk af te koelen, ondanks de hitte. Er stonden lekkere koekjes klaar en de koffie was heerlijk! Heel rustig! Zeer goede locatie: op wandelafstand van het centrum of een bus vlakbij, die zeer vaak rijdt. Bedankt voor alles!

I had a wonderful stay at Izabel’s apartment in the heart of Trieste! Everything is just a short walk away! The apartment itself was cozy and very clean, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a lovely getaway in Trieste!

This is a really nice apartment, well furnished, spotlessly clean and with everything one might need. Donatella was a lovely host, she met us at the apartment even though we arrived quite late and gave us some useful tips on Trieste. The apartment is very central, lots of restaurants and cafes in the area, the boat and bus to the beaches are 5 minutes away. The apartment was also nice and quiet at night, I highly recommend it for a stay in Trieste

Hübsche, rustikale Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick und Grill. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und dennoch ist sie Lage der Wohnung ruhig und privat.

Der Aufenthalt bei Mikela war von Anfang bis zum Ende problemlos: Mikela hat uns empfangen und alles wesentliche in der Wohnung gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: 10Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, dennoch ruhig und gemütlich. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Triest wünschen kann.
