Wir bieten eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon zum Garten, ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, beide Zimmer sind mit TV ,ausgestattet, ein Bad und eine große Loggia. Hier laden gemütliche Sitzplätze und eine Hängematte zum Entspannen ein. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür Innradweg ,und Erholungsgebiet unterer Inn in der Nähe. Übernachtungspreis bezieht sich auf zwei Personen.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
