The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Typical house of the region, located 650 m from the beach of Bonne Source, and 1.5 km from the market place, 3 km from the train station, you will have all shops nearby ( less than 5 minutes walk: bakery, supermarket, tobacco, organic store,...). The house consists of a living room with fireplace and staircase that leads to both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small terrace and small garden sheltered from the wind, bathroom and separate toilet. Functional house and pleasant to live in.

Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.
