Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

The space has autonomous heating with natural gas and a/c. Possibility to use BBQ, dining room on the porch and private parking space.

It is a ground-floor apartment, fully equipped and capable of accommodating up to 3 people. It features a double bed and a large corner sofa that converts into a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils.
