Ιδανικός χώρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές αφού στον ξεχωριστό και αυτόνομο χώρο στο κάτω μέρος του σπιτιού μας όπου μπορεί να σας φιλοξενήσει για όσο διάστημα χρειαστείτε. Υπάρχουν παιχνίδια για μικρα αλλά και μεγαλα παιδιά (ποδοσφαιρακι, πινγκ πονγκ, αιρ χοκευ) 43 ιντσων smart TV άνετους χώρους με αποκορύφωμα το μεγάλο μπάνιο για στιγμες χαλάρωσης. Τέλος πολύ όμορφες στιγμές μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να απολαύσει στον κήπο του σπιτιού με το μπάρμπεκιου και το μεγάλο τραπέζι.
