It is an ancient and characteristic Stazzo well restored and made habitable, functional and equipped with every service (washing machine, hairdryer, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, TV). The two outdoor spaces belonging to the house are very beautiful and enjoyable. The outdoor pergola with wisteria and breakfast table, kissed by the first morning sun, while on the opposite side, a sort of natural patio with stone flooring and some olive trees, shade the large space that can be used for lunch and dinner.

Questa villa è circondata da grandi finestre e ulivi e potrete sentirvi totalmente immersi nella natura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Qui potrete rigenerarvi e ritrovare la pace dei sensi e vivere una vita lenta. Avrete a disposizione la piscina privata e un posto auto riservato. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti da Porto Rotondo, 25 minuti da Porto Cervo e 10 minuti da Golfo Aranci. L'aeroporto è distante solo 15 minuti

caratteristico stazzo sardo rifinito con pregiati materiali, dotato di tutti i confort. gode di un bellissimo panorama sul lago del liscia, ampio spazio verde per trascorrere giornate all insegna del relax..ideale per chi pratica la pesca, sport come canoa serf.. a pochi km si trova l ulivo millenario S'OZASTRU DE SANTU BALTOLU. si possono fare escursioni sul massiccio del limbara a 1360 mt. a 10km troviamo Calangianus con il suo rinomato museo del sughero e le tombe dei giganti di Pascaredda.

Med en fantastisk utsikt över vinlundar och hav, ligger vår lilla Sardinska pärla. Lägenheten är på 45m2 med en stor terrass mot havet. På terassen sitter man gärna och äter middag i solnedgången, grill finns. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet/ köket och 1 badrum. Vi har en liten pool på området som ni kan nyttja. Lägenheten ligger 900m från byn Badesi. I Badesi finns det 2 stora mataffärer, restauranger, caféer. Det är 3 km ner till Badesistranden

La casa arredata in stile rustico è fornita di tutti i comfort, SMART TV e di WIFI fibra gratuito. A pochi minuti di auto si trova il paesino turistico di Isola Rossa con le due sue belle spiagge e un bel lungomare. La casa è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare la costa nord della Sardegna. Sarete accolti con gioia e vi faremo sentire a casa

In prima fila sul mare, la villetta Granito gode di un’ottima posizione a pochi metri dal mare, ma anche dalla Piazzetta dove si trovano market, bar, ristoranti e negozietti. Il soggiorno suddiviso in due ambienti, una zona con il tavolo da pranzo ed una con il divano e la tv e cucina è completamente accessoriata e funzionale. La zona letto è composta da due camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno. . All’esterno la villetta è immersa nel verde e gode di una magnifica vista mare.
