Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. 1 hour from Paris, come and rest for a weekend or for a longer period in this former furnace. Maisonette located in a quiet area, 2 km from Bonneval and its shops. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and a washing machine are at your disposal. Upstairs, the bedroom consists of a double bed (140x90) and an office space.
