Terasa i bazen su natkriveni, a cijeli prostor je ograđen visokom ogradom s ispunom za privatnost. U vrtu je dostupan roštilj, travnata površina za sunčanje i rekreaciju te vanjski tuš. Vrt i bazen koriste ekskluzivno samo gosti apartmana Unique. Uz stan na raspolaganju imate i dva parking mjesta. Sve prostorije su klimatizirane.
