The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.

It was updated in 2021. The residence is quiet. At the foot of the residence you will find a bus stop for line C. A vehicle is recommended. The residence has a heated communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.
