Swimming and fishing places, hiking areas etc. are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is located 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage attic has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes day bed with good mattresses (2 beds). Max 6 pers.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Badeplass i Vikkilen 200m unna, med brygge og liten strand. Uteplass på bakkeplan med terrasse, som kan brukes på dagtid. Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. It is possible to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment.
