You live a little outside the city center, but with walking distance to most things. 7 minutes walk to the shopping center and good bus opportunities almost right outside the door that takes you straight to the city center in 20 minutes! In other words, all you need! It is possible to stay 4 people here, if 2 sleep on the sofa. There are a total of 3 dunes available. This is an apartment I live in myself and I have a dog that sheds a lot. You should expect the apartment to have some dog hair on the floor and furniture.

Short distance to the city center and good public transport by bus and tram. The apartment is warm and cosy, with extra ceiling height and large window surfaces. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms:-) With extra bed in the bedroom hallway, the apartment sleeps 6. Heated garage with available EV charger.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Leiligheten har en ypperlig beliggenhet i 3. etasje og oppleves uten sjenerende innsyn eller støy. Det bor en hund med oss til vanlig, så hunder er velkommen😊 Det er kun én dobbelseng i leiligheten, men vi har en dobbel luftmadrass tilgjengelig ved behov, eventuelt en enkelmadrass.
