Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal city center where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the plot, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging an electric car (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

There is no private kitchen available, but the store is a 4-minute walk away. The fortress is nearby with its large green areas and there you can enjoy beautiful views of the city. 10 minutes walk takes you down to Bakklandet with its cozy cafes and eateries, and to the Old Town Bridge. Good bus connections, and walking distance to most things. No partying allowed.

Perfect for a quiet stay with proximity to nature and city. Electric car chargers are available. Charging is available for a fee of NOK 75 per charge.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
