Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

This is the place where you can relax from work and stress. Here you are all alone inside the forest with the possibility to sleep over as well. It is possible to sleep 4 people, but it is best suited for two people. FREE ACCESS TO DRY AND NICE FIREWOOD. 200 meters from parking. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, but several mattresses and cots can be added. Wheelchair friendly. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, the bathroom has a washing machine, underfloor heating in all rooms, central heating and parking. Playground with sandbox and climbing frame. Possibility of close contact with animals.

Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
