Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Tropic

We really enjoyed our stay at Apple Hollow! The tiny home was perfect for our stay. It was a clean and comfortable place for us to return to every evening after a day of exploring National Parks! Quiet and restful. Skyler and Nicole were great hosts and very responsive. We were particularly glad to have a washer and dryer available in the home. That was key!

Michael's Airbnb was an excellent stay, well worth the price. He was also very responsive and full of recommendations, would definitely stay again if we're in the area!

Very nice quiet place with lots of room for our big family. About 25 minutes from eastern gate of Zion (maybe 40-ish minutes from the visitor center) and about 50 minutes from Bryce--perfectly in-between the two. We were able to stay here and spend time at both parks for a very reasonable price. There were grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants located in reasonable distances in both directions. We had a wonderful stay.

Margaret was super friendly and was always willing to help out! the space was clean and private.

Harmony's place was a delight to stay at. The western/cowboy theme was so fun and very fitting for the area. My son really enjoyed the bathroom with the barrel storage and sink. The home itself was very clean and provided a nice relaxing atmosphere after touring Zion and Bryce Canyon. I would definitely recommend Harmony's place to anyone traveling to that area, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great staging location for Bryce and Zion. Grocery nearby and hot tub was welcomed after long days of hiking.

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Check-in was seamless, and the local recommendations were spot-on. You can really tell the host cares about creating a great experience for guests. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

On our mother daughter road trip we stayed at Deborah’s cabin for 3 nights. It’s hard to call it a cabin because it was such a great size! My daughter took the loft—which is an en-suite that included a separate area for reading, writing or just lounging. I was happy to stay in the cozy downstairs. Every room had terrific views as there were windows on every wall. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, there were ample places to curl up on a couch or sit at a large dining table, as well as multiple outside rooms for dining and lounging. The whole place was spotless—even the linens were like new! We also were so appreciative of things that showed wonderful thoughtfulness: like the little packets of wipes next to the binoculars, and the epsom salts next to the bath. The property is gorgeous! We saw cows and wild turkeys and jack rabbits. And at night we saw the most magnificent stars. All in all it was a magical place to be and we hope to return again soon!

It was the perfect place for our family! It’s hard finding a place for a family of four with teens because the bunk beds that are in most rentals are usually too small. This place had huge beds and everyone was so comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Well located between Zion and Bryce Canyon parks. Very responsive host and very attentive to our heeds. Accommodations are relatively rustic but were adequate for what we needed.

The place was amazing and exactly as advertised. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit Zion or Bryce Canyon national parks.

Anna went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun. It's a great value considering the jacuzzi, pool, and game room were all operational. We used it as a hub to explore the canyons. After hiking, the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered! We'll be back.

The condo was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and a great location, although not directly in front of the lifts as listed it was still very close. The condo had everything you need and recommended for others. Alonso was very polite and easy to communicate with. Please be sure to ask for all the instructions in advance of arrival. Overall, Brian’s head is an incredible town and resort for snowboarding and skiing.

Friendly hosts. Nicely done Abnb. We had everything we needed. Sweet little small town. We plugged our Tesla into the RV plug and we were able to charge overnight.

Beautiful "Home Base" Was super clean, everybody on the property was super nice. Extremely private, the loudest neighbors were the cows! Haha. Would definitely recommend for a cheap stay outside the national parks. We did bryce,zion, grand canyon and went to Hurricane for a beautiful lake day. lots of driving but it was a great midway point for our itinerary. Awesome little firepit if you wanna do some stargazing and a little grill ok the deck for some dogs/burgers/steaks. Being from New Jersey, an awesome experience/culture shock. Me and the lady had a lovely time. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind driving a little bit, there's tons to look at on your drives. Thanks again.

Was clean, easy to access and the host was responsive with questions I had. Overall was a great experience and would probably stay there again if I am in the area.

This place was a gem! Very cozy and well located. Great if you intend to visit both Zion and Bryce. Would definitely stay again and would love to visit during ski season! Only thing to consider is to get your groceries ahead as the options are very limited/close early.

It's a nice little place, we explored the area for several days. The kitchenette is just enough for basic cooking. Quiet lodge with plenty of parking.

Great place and environment. Very flexible and understanding for check in. Stayed for the softball tournament, schedule changed they let us check in early, appreciate it.

Todd's condo is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. It's a warm and welcoming space that's also very clean. Plus, it's conveniently located right near the ski lift. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
