Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Delightful shepherds hut in rural location

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic shepherds hut in a vast garden in the village of Hilperton, 30 min drive from Bath & 15 min drive to Bradford on Avon. The hut sleeps 4, a Kingsize below and double on top but preferably only 2 children or 1 small adult on the top bunk. Extra child mattress & sleeping bag under the bed. There is a 5 min walk across a field to the Kennet and Avon canal with beautiful walks in either direction. The hut is situated in a private spot in our family garden.

Kennet and Avon canal is very near for walking or cycling to Bath or Devizes. Longleat is nearby as well as several National Trust properties - Stourhead, Westwood Manor, The Courts at Holt and Great Chalfield Manor. The flat is on two floors with views of the town bridge, the Shambles, Coppice Hill and Silver Street.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. Stables - village charm, fresh air & near Bath

Stables is a refurbished cottage with attention to detail and a little luxury. Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

Bright and airy apartment (Pigsty Cottage)

Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.
