In the heart of the Champenoise countryside, a quiet and comfortable room awaits you. It is located less than 20 minutes from the center of Troyes and its factory outlets. 30 minutes from the Great Lakes You will have a private bathroom. In a shared kitchen and living room, I will serve a complete little breakfirst (5€). You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Bikes will be loaned to you if you want to explore the region in a sporty way. Pleased to welcome you.

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every 15 minutes, 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out before 8:30 a.m. I don't give out my keys. Be respectful, you are at our home and not at your home.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 integrating 6 buildings including 3 dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfasts and a Gîte. Each accommodation has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.
