The advantage of our cottages is the location - the area of the buffer zone of the Babia Góra National Park provides peace, quiet and contact with nature. A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

The apartment is located on the first floor in a detached house.

The cottage is located in a small village. The perfect place to relax. Fresh air, beautiful mountain views. -to Zakopane 40km, -Termy Chochołów - 25 km. - Supermarket 8km - Trail to "Żeleżnice"- 1km - bike path - 2km -Rabkoland entertainment park - 20km We offer free wifi, free parking. A cottage with a spacious living room overlooking the Tatras. It has two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven. Plus a patio with outdoor furniture and a private grill. There are two parking spots per cottage. Cottages are randomly assigned by the system : no. 157/157c/157 d - it is not possible to assign the cottage. We offer an extra hot tub .

Apartament Farmer is an independent part of a house built in 2021. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and an observation deck. The total area is 55m2 The proximity of the trails of the Western Tatras, Term Chochołowskie, the SKI slope, the bike path around the Tatras, the river and forests make our place an ideal base for active people who love the proximity of nature. K dispozícii sú 3 spálne, 2 kúpelne, plne vybavená kuchyňa a obývačka s televízorom a s krbom a iným vybavením! Na chate je krásne priestranná záhrada s vírivkou, detským domčekom, záhradným grilom a altánkom. Priamo pred chatou sú parkovacie miesta.
