Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Nate was very responsive with details. He followed up well even when there was a minor glitch checking in at the lodge front desk side. Having said that the front desk is great and helping us to recover my son’s watch chargers after we left. Overall was great experience.

Was quite happy with this choice to stay. We were able to swim off the dock that is attached to the hotel. Couldn't beat the views and hospitality.

This is the place to be if you want to be by the slopes at Heavenly! Just a few steps from the Tram! Great room, friendly staff, and just a 5 minute drive to the base, restaurants, casino, markets and shops.

Great spot right on the lake with everything you need at your doorstep. Large grass field, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoes, volleyball, fire pit, bbq, pool, kids playground, and of course the beach. Perfect for kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Desiree’s place in the Palisades at Every Hotel. From the start, communication with Desiree was seamless—she was easy to reach via text and provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. We truly appreciate her for opening up her home to us! The room itself was spotless, extremely comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to access all amenities. The only downside was the hotel's luggage service—it took 2.5 hours to receive our bags after check-in, which was frustrating, especially after a long travel day. We checked in around 8:30 PM but didn’t get our luggage until 11:30 PM, which seemed to be due to the hotel either being too busy or understaffed that evening. Aside from that, everything went smoothly, and we would absolutely recommend staying at Desiree’s place for a comfortable and well-located stay!

This place was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. It had everything I needed to cook meals. And plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We spent our Christmas there and brought our own little tree to add some decor. Kids had fun playing outside in the snow and come inside to get warm by the fire. It was a great price for the space and would highly recommend. And Host was amazing about keeping in touch and answering and silly questions I had. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Kana’s place was great! Clean, quiet, and peaceful. We really enjoyed the location, walkable to town. I just didn’t realize it was going to be on the third floor- so I was a little sore walking up after skiing. Comfy bed! I would only suggest including 2 bottles of water for guests when they get there 👍 Thanks Kana!

More like a hotel with staff on site at the desk (very friendly and helpful) - easy to checkin and get keycard for room. Amenities were as listed. Room was renovated and spacious. Having 2 bedrooms/batchrooms with doors was a big plus compared to the nearby casinos. Restaurants within a couple blocks, casinos <10min walk. internet was not free, but $10 a day or $40 a week is still a bargain given room cost. We would definitely stay there again.

Can’t beat the location, very close to ski in ski out made even easier by the looping shuttle every 5 minutes. Hot tub was top notch. Accommodations themselves are slightly dated but it has everything you need for an epic ski weekend!

Very nice place overall. Newly renovated rooms, clean facility. It is ski in and ski out for regular season dates. We happened to be during earlier season time and had to drive to California lodge side 7-10 min which we absolutely did not mind. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, place is next to ice skating rink movie theater and more…My family had great time, kids enjoyed activities which facility offered on daily basis: kids bingo night, s’mores, computer games(Xbox) and other… overall Marriott timber lodge had full schedule of all kinds of things to do from yoga to swimming in the heated pool. It is conveniently located close to the Lake Tahoe with public access to the beach. Host was very responsible and answered every question. Helped to resolve parking charges that were incorrectly applied. We will definitely consider coming back.

We had a great stay at the Marriott Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed—plenty of kitchen supplies, extra towels, and even laundry facilities, which came in handy after days at the lake. The host was very communicative and provided great recommendations prior to our arrival, which helped us plan our trip and make the most of our stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Heavenly Village. It’s walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and the gondola, so we didn’t need to drive much during our stay. There’s also a grocery store nearby if you want to cook in the unit. The amenities were a bonus: the pool and hot tubs were well maintained, and the gym was clean and had a good selection of equipment. Staff around the property were friendly and helpful. This was a great place to relax after exploring Tahoe, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The place was exactly like the photos but I did expect it to be more like an apartment and it really is a hotel . Unfortunately we booked thinking it had a view like the photos but we ended up getting a room downstairs so no view available. The staff is super help and friendly and the amenities too notch . The use of the private beach that is a 10 min walk was definitely worth it although we did think it was beachfront and it isn’t . Other then that a hotel I would definitely book again

Great little spot! Love that there was a bar on the property that served beer & wine as well as specialty coffees. They also have a good breakfast & lunch menu & other food items you can purchase to use in the microwave. They offer smores night every night by the firepit which was fun! The staff were so helpful & super friendly! Great customer service! We didn't use the pool or the hot tub, but we did see many folks using it as well as the bocce ball area. Our room was good - small fridge & a heated toilet seat! The bed was a little hard for my taste but then again I am spoiled with my temperpedic at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Our entire family had a wonderful time staying here! The location right outside the Big Springs Gondola is SUPER convenient. The Rec Center is also in easy walking distance, and it was awesome to go soak in the hot tubs after a day of skiing while the kids played in the lap pool. The unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we had a great time hanging out, watching TV, playing board games, and cooking meals together when we weren't out on the mountain. The free breakfast and happy hour snacks/drinks were very appreciated too. Very happy with our choice, and we'd love to come back!

Shane is a wonderful host. He is kind and proactive. He provided clear, simple instructions for a seamless check-in. Shane’s villa was in a great location. Located right in the middle of Heavenly village, so easy to get great food, drinks, and around shopping. I loved the included valet parking. It made things very easy to get in and out when needed. We were a family of 5 and the villa was big enough for us to be very comfortable. Traveling with 2 young kids, space is important and this place did not lack that. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make full meals. We loved the amenities of the resort. My kids loved the pool and hot tubs and it was great to have access to a 24 hour gym. Overall, it was a really great stay and I would not hesitate to rent this villa again next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

House was as described. It served our purposes well, and could sleep all 6 guests reasonably comfortably. A good place, at the price.

Great little spot right near Diamond Peak for east access to skiing. Also near grocery store and restaurants. Loved all the puzzles! We did all of them and lighting a fire in the fireplace was a delight to the children. Kitchen is lacking any spices but salt and pepper and has no cooking oil as well but read that in the reviews and brought my own seasonings so no worries! Remember to bring your own!
