Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Το Mirka's small house είναι ενα μικρό σπιτάκι κτισμένο πριν από 3 αιώνες σαν βοηθητικό του κυρίως αρχοντικού, το ίδιο παλιό και αυτό. Είναι πετρόκτιστο, δίπλα στον παλιό ξυλόφουρνο. Το ανακαινίσαμε χωρίς να αλλάξουμε την εξωτερική μορφή του και το εξοπλίσαμε με άνετη επίπλωση, μοντέρνα κουζίνα και μπάνιο με ντουσιέρα.
