This house has a cottage character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Guest card on request and payment of the guest tax possible. The apartment on the top floor of the house is located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litz promenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Thanks to a key safe, the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 PM. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking space for 1 car, max. 2 m wide and 4 m long!

Attention: for the winter (from Oct 25) at least 4 nights, ideally 7. Preferred days for check-in: Sat/Sun, but other days are also possible if check-out is on a Sun. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The lovingly furnished apartment (cozy living room with kitchenette, hallway + double room with shower/toilet, balcony) impresses with the special atmosphere in the Montafon wooden house and the quiet central location. Grocery store, restaurants and bus stop (ski and hiking bus) in the immediate vicinity, parking directly by the house (dead end). Garden & sun terrace for shared use. For more than 2 people, an adjoining double room with shower/toilet is used (for children, please ask).

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
