Imeda is an excellent host. He goes beyond what is expected. Over the last three years we have spent extended time in multiple countries and Imeda's kitchen was the best stocked of any we can remember. Normally, one asks for extras, but Imeda had items in the apartment upon arrival. Apartment is less than five-minute walk from a bus stop and less than ten-minute walk to the best grocery store we found in the city, as well as a brand-new gym--one of the best we have ever used. If you are a light sleeper, the apartment building and area is noisy. If you are claustrophobic, the only view is the apartment building across the street. However, a five-minute walk and you can see mountains. We had a great experience and highly recommend it.

Immediately upon arrival we decided to book an extra night in this wonderful place. Communication with Aslan was perfect and clear, the location is close to the historic center of Mtskheta, everything inside the apartment is clean and cozy, and the garden is full of roses… 10/10!

A lovely place away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a relaxing holiday. Exactly what we were looking for for a vacation with a pet. Pleasant and responsive host Nino, always available. The house is homey, with nice decor, and there is a piano. There is everything you need for a short and long stay. BBQ set, lots of cooking utensils. The house was warm (which is important in winter). There is a room with an equipped working area + wifi. On the terrace it is nice to have a coffee while admiring the sunsets and sunrises, and listening to the singing of birds, even in winter. From the balcony, the view of the mountains is even more picturesque. If you go up the hill, you can see the mountain panorama, vineyards and herds of cows. The place is pet-friendly. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom where you can wash your feet. A courtyard with a garden and a closed area where dogs can run freely and you will be calm for them. There are few fireworks on NG, mostly in the distance - it matters if the dog is afraid of them. We enjoyed our stay here for a month and had a great stay. I recommend it for a quiet and leisurely holiday with family and pet.
