The 160 cm bed is a sofa bed with a mattress confort.Terrasse+coin private garden, barbecue, access to the patio with a 4 m by 2.5 m masonry hot tub with 14 waterfall nozzles. This space is shared. In Séguret, one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to Vaison-la-Romaine: independent apartment of 60 m2 renovated in 2017, on the ground floor of the owners' house. Capacity: 2 to 4 people (convertible sofa bed in the living room). Terrace, garden furniture in a large wooded garden, views of the vineyard and surrounding hills. Hiking and mountain biking in the town and in the region: Mt Ventoux, Luberon, Drôme provençale... Rock climbing in the Dentelles de Montmirail.

For Provence lovers, for wine amateurs, nature and culture lovers, Lovely Apartment (40 m2) located in the heart of the Cru classified Cairanne vineyard . Perfect starting point of walks and excursions : Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail, Provençal villages (Seguret, Rasteau…), Vaison-la-Romaine (15 mins along a nice little road through the wineyards) and Avignon ( 45 mins). Pleasant setting : view over the ancient village, new swimming pool (to be shared only with the owners)

The outside includes an inner courtyard with pétanque area, a beautiful shaded terrace with a beautiful lime tree, a barbecue, a pretty wooded garden, a pleasant swimming pool, a ping pong table as well as a bar for your quiet summer evenings. The house is also equipped with foosball, books (adults and children) and board games.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

La Maison des Olives Studio

Located in a quiet area, close to all amenities. It consists of a 140 x 190 bed, a kitchenette with microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer. reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV Guests can enjoy a terrace as well as a secure parking space. Bed linen, toilet, table are also provided. The studio is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. No pets allowed. no smoking.
