Die schöne gemütliche Studio-Wohnung befindet sich in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt Sterzing und von der Bahnstation entfernt. In unserem Apartment können bis 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind übernachten. Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

It is the starting point for many beautiful mountain tours, no matter in which direction and whether on foot or by mountain bike! The Dolomites are nearby! This allows you to drive directly to the entrance, although the apartment is on the third floor!

The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
