Abner’s home was very cozy and made us feel right at home. It’s walking distance from the square which was perfect for our family! He was a great host and quick to respond through message. we appreciate him letting us stay in his home and will most definitely be back!

We had a short, wonderful stay. The lake house was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to get up early enough to enjoy kayaking before leaving. Perfect space downstairs with games and room for kids to play. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Dwight was a great host & was very responsive to messages. The listing was as shown & described. There are many thoughtful features included: air purifiers in each room, remote controlled ceiling fans/lights, digital thermostat, Apple TV in every room, Keurig for both pods & pots of coffee, dog bowls, lots of USB & charging cables, and full length mirrors (ladies will always be thankful for this). This is a duplex, so you will share a wall with a neighbor. There was a dog next door which occasionally barked when pulling up, closing doors, etc. This was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of if you're looking for a completely private space. This was a convenient location very close to the square. However, I would not consider it walkable due to the narrow roads & lack of sidewalks. We enjoyed our stay & would happily stay again!

The Buttercup Cottage is in a great location and had everything we needed. Miriam was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Shelby made us feel right at home with her beautiful design choices, personalized notes, snacks in the kitchen, and a peaceful environment. We brought our 4 kids along and had plenty of space for them to enjoy playing outside and in. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of extra linens and towels for all of us, the house smelled and looked clean and tidy. We appreciated Shelby's communication throughout our trip.

The house worked well for us. Lots of room to spread out for the 8 of us. We loved the backyard area. Room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. There were plenty of good quality towels. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We would definitely book this house again when in the area.

The cottage is clean, sensibly organized with tasteful decor, utilities all in working order and excellent air conditioning. Also included is coffee and a full size refrigerator. The location is not too far from downtown Pontotoc and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are accommodating and kind. We look forward to returning to this gem in Pontotoc.

Great place halfway between the campus and The Square; walkable to both. Covered parking for three vehicles was a bonus. Wonderful host.

We loved this location! Close to everything. We also loved that it had a pool and tennis courts. We would definitely stay here again. Nathan, and all co-host were so easy to work with. They provided all the needed information before our check in and responded very quickly to any communications. We had no issues but it is comforting to know the host is so responsive.

Needed a place to stay one day and night while our motorcoach was being worked on. This was extremely convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the little enclosed front area. The bed and furnishings were all very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Oxford while in town for my daughter’s softball tournament. Despite several weather delays, Dusty was very accommodating and allowed us to add an extra night, which we really appreciated. The space includes one queen bed and two twin beds — I had assumed it was a king and two queens, so that was on me for not reading carefully. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. Overall, it was a great stay!

Heather was a great host! She sent instructions with lots of details before hand and was super nice and responsive. When we arrived the place was clean and Heather also provided small snacks and bottled water. The bathrooms were also stocked with all the necessary essentials which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We visited Elaine's Airbnb for a baseball tournament and Elaine was kind enough to push back our check out time so our 2 year old could take a nap. The apartment was very nice and clean and the pool was even opened! Everything was GREAT!
