I am glad to help basic needs such as transportation, to know the bay area well and more. Basically, the apartment has a view of the sea and its own garden. It is on a site with the safe and secure area. Parking also available on the site. Main road 3min walk, and it has a bus station on it. Swimming pool 10 min walk, Bodrum city center is 2.2 km, Gumbet beach is 20 minutes walk, Oasis shopping center is 100m away. There is a s.market to cover your basic needs 10m of the apartment. 3+1 Dubleks

Turgutreis merkezde denize yaklaşık 1km uzaklıkta havuzlu site içerisinde dubleks evdir. Ailelerin yaşadığı bir site olduğu için aile olarak konalamak isteyenler için uygundur. Konaklayacak misafirlerin de bu süreçte site kurallarına uyması konusunda hassasiyetini bekliyoruz. Evde 2 adet balkon mevcuttur. Alt balkonda mangal yakılabilecek barbekü vardır. Evcil hayvan kabul edilmez, site içerisinde dost canlısı bir köpek ve birçok kedi mevcuttur. Korkusu olanların göz önünde bulundurması gerekir.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2 story private guesthouse that sleeps a travel group of 3-4. The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. Outdoor hot-tup, kitchen and all essentials to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. 15 minute walking distance from the beach, 3-4 minutes by car. We provide free parking and assistance in any travel related questions. Can also use the 2 common swimming pool and area.

A fairy house among the tangerine orchards

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.

Amazing view ,Beach ,One bed

This unique and quiet getaway is for you to slow down and relax.There are three rooms in this area ,which one is avaible ,you can stay there but all of them is same dont panıc ,all of pıcture is here and mixed .The house in Yalılavak and have the one bedroom ,and you spend good thıs area because the view is the amazing and you dont want leave there .... Amd have the unique view ,we always help us 7/24 hours and organize all holıday together...

Hello,If you have any question about house please ask me! Sea is by walking approximately 700-800 meters.House is 85 Meters and 2 +1 rooms.There are lots of groceries around home. Pool is open season time.(15June-15 September) It is rule of Airbnb in Turkey like hotel. During check in time to home please provide passport number or Turkish ID,birth dates and country of passport. Thank you 🙏🏻
