The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

The listing is located in the countryside, about 18 km from the center of Lappeenranta. Bicycles/motorcycles can be placed in a lockable garage overnight.

Rannassa on puulla lämpiävä sauna, jonne vesi kannetaan järvestä tai mökistä. Huom! Sinun pitää osata lämmittää puusauna ja peseytyä saunassa. Mökissä ei ole suihkua. Kouvolaan, Tykkimäelle ja Mielakan rinnekeskukseen vain 20-25 min ja pääkaupunkiseudulta alle 2 tunnin ajomatka. Ei bileporukoille.

Rockhouse on käsin lähipuista rakennettu. Maja on mukavuuksilla varustettu lämmin maja kalliolla luonnon ja metsän eläinten keskellä. Terassilta on näkymät noin 4 km päähän järvelle auringonlaskun suuntaan. Terassilla erilliset maisemasauna ja lasitettu tunnelmallinen grillikota. Mökki on täydellinen pariskunnalle ja oikein hyvät pienelle perheelle. Iso terassi talon ympäri. Osa terassista lasitettu. Oma kaivovesi on juomakelpoista.
