This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Ideal family stay in a delightful setting. The house is charming and comfortable, Julie and her husband are caring hosts, the hamlet of Pechboutier comes straight out of a dream. Just 15 minutes from many prehistoric points of interest (Les Eyzies, Font-de-Gaume, Combarelles...) to the delight of young and old:)

Wonderful holiday home in a great region. More sights in the immediate vicinity than you can see in 14 days as a family 😅 The house and garden are wonderfully quiet and beautifully landscaped, everything you could need on vacation is available (kitchen fully equipped, lots of toys for garden/pool) and the large child-safe fenced pool is a dream! Small vegetable garden with fresh strawberries and cherries to pick yourself, those who come in summer can certainly look forward to salads, tomatoes and zucchini. Many thanks to Régine, it was great to discover this completely unknown region of France from such a great location!

Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

Charming little house very nicely decorated, quiet in the countryside on the edge of a greenway (many tourist sites accessible by bike via roads/paths with very little traffic). Diane is very concerned about your well-being. Very nice place to recharge and enjoy this corner of Périgord away from the noise and the crowd.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

Great places to discover the region. Lots of activities in the area. Impeccable, warm, and quiet accommodation. The pool and hot tub are a plus. The host is very responsive, welcoming and warm. Everything was explained to us from the arrival with a small recap booklet, restaurants, activities to do in the area. A little corner of paradise, we'll be back! Thank you

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Shelley and her cute dog. The accommodation is cute, located in a quiet area, in beautiful nature. The place is really beautiful and peaceful. The pool is lovely. Shelley is a very nice host and very nice to meet. It's a home where you can feel good.

House with a lot of character, very well equipped and very beautiful potential perfectly exploited. Laurence and Jean-Michel are very welcoming, considerate and available. Jean-Michel, a passionate bakery enthusiast, has concocted excellent pastries and bread for our breakfast. (Order on request). Ideal place to spend a very good time relaxing. Many picturesque villages to visit in the surrounding area. Thank you to them, and I look forward to returning.

We've just stayed at Anne's place for a week and had the most wonderful holiday. It had everything we could have wished for and more. Perfect for our 3 year old with so much to do for him and the pool was secured with a fence. There are so many games and spaces to explore. Location was superb and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you Anne for giving us the best week!

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

Excellent stay in Fanlac (couple with a dog) Christophe and Karine are friendly, responsive. The village and its inhabitants are peaceful and warm, not to mention little Vanelle. You will not regret your stay with them and in this beautiful region that is the Dordogne. we loved it.

We spent a night at Virginia’s place and we did not want to leave, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The parking was easy and next to the property and Virginia greeted us on our arrival. The property was amazing and the grounds very extensive with lovely views. We would definitely stay here again if ever we are in the area. Thank you for the gift Virginia, it was lovely to meet you 😊

We had a great stay in Fleurac, the house was just as it was advertised - lovely. We have been to the area before and have friends near by - but we still found lots of places that were new to us. Lauren's communication from the start was great and finding and getting into the house was very easy. The house had good wifi and parking was right next to the entrance. The church next door was lovely as was the surrounding area. We would definitely stay again as it was ideal to relax and enjoy country life.

Our stay was a lovely dream. The outdoor kitchen and pretty garden with bath was a place you might envisage in a fantasy. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates. Although the weather was unusually hot we were nice and cool within the traditional thick stone walls of the house. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and watch the canoes floating round the bend of the the winding Dordogne river. We are very grateful for the experience. Thank you Steve and Eve. Great welcome from Alexandre upon our arrival and for departure, welcome dynamic smiling. The space is spotless and matches the photos perfectly. Super well located Lascaux cave and shop on foot, super quiet street. Great family weekend spent at Alexandre and Tiphaine's. I would recommend it in a second.

It’s a beautiful spacious property with lovely kitchen and beautiful fixtures and fittings It is a 5 km drive out of the village centre up the hill above woodlands with stunning views and very peaceful and calm Be aware there is no washing machine Also the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom amd toilet is downstairs Our helpful host greeted us on arrival and was extremely helpful
