Eden Villas are three luxurious custom designed villas built with the intention of offering you a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villas are located on a tranquil and secluded hillside just outside the Aegean resort town of Marmaris and overlook a quiet wooded valley and offer total privacy and seclusion.   Each villa has an unheated swimming pool, Fig Tree 10 m x 5 m, 1,4 m deep, a whirl pool and a poolside sunbathing patio with recliners and parasols, and outdoor dining facilities.

This Cozy villa is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center Dalyan where all the bars and restaurants. Villa has very large private garden with salty system private pool. For the winter months we have centeral heat pump inside the house so you will be able to keep your comfort in cold days. Our garden is covert with many trees and plants which gives you a nice privacy. You can enjoy the day around the pool and have fun with our pool table. Our pools are open between april/november.

It is a very new villa created with the harmony of stone, iron and wood between the pomegranate and lemon trees in the five-acre plot. There is a usage area of 250 m2 in 5250 m2 plot. There are two bedrooms on the entrance floor with bathroom-wc, plus a wc, living area, kitchen. The kitchen and lounge are open to the pool. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with wc in the bathroom.
