In the living room there is 1 sofa bed with sleeping space for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large patio with lounge group and barbecue.

Cozy house by the sea in Herräng

Cozy house from the beginning of the 20th century in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on cliffs or beach. Medium standard and there is everything you need. To Herräng it is 6 km away and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, systembolag, etc., it is 16 km. The house is located in an area between nature reserve so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. A little inside and out games are available as well as trampoline.

Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out no later than 12:00. OBS! In autumn and winter, we have a three day preparation time because underfloor heating slowly settles up from the lower maintenance heat .

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. I ett vackert kulturhistoriskt hus från 1700-talet på Schramska gården i centrala Östhammar hittar ni biträdesvåningen. Det tidigare rummet för butiksbiträdet är nu varsamt renoverat till ett bekvämt boende där timmerstockarna, lindreven och plankgolven finns kvar, men nu kompletterat med med ett modernt kök, tvättmaskin, wifi och ett badrum. Den mysiga trädgården och pergolans utemöbler är ni välkomna att disponera tillsammans med värdparet.

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
