Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

Our apartment, about 25 m², is located in the cozy basement of our house. It can accommodate one person. It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a single bed, a large bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and closet wall. A small garden and parking space are available. The apartment is well suited as a supplement to our apartment if more than 5 people are to be accommodated, or also as a worker's accommodation.

Vom Fenster und Balkon sieht man auf die Berge und davor die mächtigen Bäume eines großen Gartens, dazwischen liegt die Straße, die Mauer und unser Garten. Die Unterkunft ist 850 m vom Haller Bahnhof entfernt.

You can easy reach within 2 walking minutes the cable car Rastkogelbahn - which is the entry to the Ski- and Glacierworld Zillertal 3000. In summer you start many hiking tours! Glacier is 8 km form our house away! The capital city Innsbruck is 75 km away.
