Kristal’s cottage offered everything we wanted and more—great natural light, a creek running out back, surrounded by majestic trees and a yard where the neighbor’s chickens wander, an efficient little kitchenette where we cooked most meals, and a gorgeous bathroom with fabulous spa bath. 🛁 So grateful for the stars that aligned for us to have this week-long magical getaway.

I just stayed here with a couple of girlfriends for the weekend and had the best time. Such a gorgeous cottage, amazing location, stunning views out the front where we decided to have a picnic. highly recommend 👌

We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cabin. The outdoor hot spa and hot shower in leafy surroundings were my favourite features. These amenities in particular were in impeccable condition as well. The cabin was a warm and welcome retreat after spending our days exploring some nearby national parks. Although we took it pretty easy and spent plenty of time relaxing at the cabin as well. Saw a couple of nice birds during our stay including a bronze cuckoo and plenty of white headed pigeons. Check in was very well set up.

Had a beautiful stay at Matthew’s place, he was very accommodating and we will be back!

We went here for our anniversary and it was truly even better than we expected. It rained the first night which didn’t matter because it honestly just made it even more peaceful! The second night we had a beautiful fire pit with the cows and horses surrounding! The tennis court is a must do even if you can’t play like me! So lovely having a little taste of the country, we will definitely be re visiting!! Thank you Catherine you made our stay amazing.

It was such a special experience to stay here!! A super cute little cabin atop a hill surrounded by lush gum trees and nature- oh the serenity! 🌳✨🌄 My parents built this home and I grew up enjoying this property thoroughly, creating many memories with my family, especially my late father, Gerry. It was a surreal but genuinely wonderful experience to return here to enjoy a stay in the cute little cabin Thea and Justin have built here, and relax with a delicious soak in the magnesium hot tub! ✨ Thea and Justin were so very accommodating, hosting me for a delicious dinner and allowing me to walk through their home, as I reminisced the days I called it home myself. What Thea and Justin have done with the place since it became their family home - is heartwarming to see. It's comforting to know the place I grew up watching my father care for and put his sweat and tears into building, is being looked after and appreciated so greatly by Justin and Thea with the same creative passion. 💚

Thanks Benita for an amazing stay. Exactly as described, and we really enjoyed the space and the little details we noticed in the Cabin, like the towel hooks, and the bench running through to the bedroom and the lead light glass capturing the morning sun on the wall. Also, I just love the front doors! The fresh eggs and mandarins were an excellent touch(and we enjoyed the honey ;) ) We also took a wander amongst your variety of birds, goats and cows which was really interesting too….they are a talkative bunch. Thanks again and would definitely stay again in the future.

Great place to stay if you want to be away and secluded. Beautiful view to wake up to. Joff was very responsive.

all in all this was a great place to wind down and spend time with your loved one/s in a cosy environment

I was looking for a nice, peaceful time and this is what I got. I was left in peace with the only visitor being the friendly dog which I welcomed. Perfect for what I’m was after and will likely be back

Location was great, 10 min walk to the bustle of Byron but far away enough to be extremely peaceful and quiet at night. Very open and spacious, great outdoor area for entertaining as guests. Very easy to find, check in was simple, ample parking, great heating (if staying in winter), all mod cons.

Wonderful stay. Great location, close to town centre, easy to the lighthouse to catch the sun rise. Had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We went in winter, but the shed was cosy and warm. A lot of blankets, for outside on the deck and in the room were provided. Gail is lovely & friendly.

Glenice was kind and helpful. The unit was lovely and it has everything that we need and more! The location was perfect for the plan. Lamington was a few kilometers away by car. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay and we could even park out Corvette off the street and under cover.

We really loved our stay here at the buttercup bungalow. The place was beautifully decorated and everything was super clean. We arrived very late at night after a long drive and Kelly had left the heater and lights on for us, which we were super grateful for as we just wanted to rest after a really big day. Kelly even brought over a box of toys for our 2 year old son which he loved as well. Thank you again for the lovely stay, we are grateful for your hospitality and will definitely come back again when we get the chance :)

We loved our stay at Britt's place. Britt and her family were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. We loved seeing the 3 friendly dogs and lots of native birds. The accommodation had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable and easy. Perfect for 4 adults and a 5 month old baby. We'd definitely stay again and recommend Britts place to anyone

Can’t wait to come back. This cabin was perfection. Had the best night sitting by the fire. Laura was so great to deal with. The fire kit and kitchen stocked with eggs/fresh bread and cooking appliances was such a nice touch.

This air b n b was an unforgettable experience. The energy of the space felt magical, beautifully decorated with handcrafted bespoke cushions and curtains that made it feel palatial. Words can’t describe the beauty of the surrounding national park and estuaries. The entire property is immaculate and can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely overnight stay in one of the cabins. Comfy beds & functional and clean kitchen and bathroom. Location is beautiful- right on the edge of the creek.

Absolutely loved our stay. Daniel and his family were very friendly and welcoming. The place is extremely clean. The bed is super comfortable. They even had some food available for breakfast. The view is amazing and well looked after. You are going to enjoy the Australian wildlife and peacefulness. The town is so beautiful. Thanks again Daniel, we will be back :)

What a lo-fi gem. A simple but comfortable space surrounded by a beautiful garden, horse paddocks and birds. The accomadation isn't lux, but it really did the job for us. We wanted a bit of peace and privacy but also to not be too far from town. The outdoor kitchen was well appointed and really met our needs, even in the middle if winter. The lounge/dining areas are small but comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy, (though you have to hop over the wheel arches of the old caravan that makes up the bedroom to get in - not a problem for us). The bathroom was clean and functional, though is not on mains pressure so the water pressure wasn't strong. But it was certainly good enough to do the job. Although the accom is on the same block as the main house, it was private and secluded. The garden is the crowning glory. So beautiful. Kookaburras coming to visit, the friendly horse next door hoping for a carrot or two, birds and beauty - so good! A hearty recommendation!

this is the best airbnb i have ever had, benjamin really friendly and gave us a tour to their garden! unfortunately at the second day i got called off to work and benjamin and ernesto offered us a free night extension stay. thanks you are the best airbnb host we have ever had!
