All newly renovated and air con in all rooms. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a hot outdoor jacuzzi (9 am-10 pm) a bathroom with each bedroom and filtered water from every tap. We have a strict noise curfew at 10 pm. Strictly NO PARTIES, no Schoolies, as we are in a quiet zone, please do not ask

Our lovely beach house is located across the road from the beautiful Belongil beach on a quiet no through street. Take a 2 minute walk to theTreehouse Restaurant or a gentle 15 minute walk along the beach to the centre of Byron. We welcome families and small groups. Our property is not appropriate as a party venue and is best suited to groups who wish to have a quiet relaxing break. We provide a port-a-cot for babies, as well as 3 bicycles for quick trips along the path into town.
