A hideaway with solar heated pool, ample car space, canal views and west facing afternoon sunsets. Shops and restaurants nearby. A new kitchenette and washing machine is also included… as is a microwave, wok, toaster, and kettle. I also provide breakfast cereal, tea/coffee , milk, bread and spreads. IGA and Scales (fish and chips) close. Note house rules .

Beautiful modern luxury beachfront unit

Stay amongst the millionaire mansions of South Kingscliff. This brand new, expertly designed unit is right on the amazing oceanfront bike path that connects Kingscliff to Cabarita and beyond. Just the bike path and the dunes between you and the beach. The sounds of the surf and the huge variety of birds are very soothing. You have your own private entries, both on the roadside and the beachside of the house. Small dogs can be accommodated on request, but the yard is not secure.

Our home is close to Mt Warning, only 3km from Husk Distillery and Tumbulgum, 15 min from the Gold Coast airport, 30 min to Byron Bay, 10 min from Snapper Rocks famous surf beach and the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, 25 min from Surfers Paradise, Sea World, Dreamword and Movie World. Coffee shop and pub only 5 min drive. We are in the country side over looking Mt Warning. You will enjoy the sounds of the birds and a see a few wallibies if you like to be up early.

NOT child or infant suitable. Set back from the street up a long driveway, no parking onsite so this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or the elderly. Free on-street parking. 2 small friendly dogs onsite.
