Waterfront cottage with motorboat

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Hoeve Vertrouwen

You are welcome to stay on our organic snowdrop farm all year round. From December through April you will be able to enjoy thousands of snowdrops, stinsenplants, and a free tour around the nursery. We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy reach of local towns, villages and attractions. The farm is a beautiful and quiet spot, in the middle of the Noord-Holland countryside of the Wieringermeer polder. Our own small green piece of paradise. We hope to see you soon!

In het mooie West-Friesland te Oostwoud verhuren wij een 4-persoons vakantiehuis genaamd “Papenveer“. Deze vakantiewoning bevindt zich op een klein vakantiepark. Het is gelegen aan doorgaand vaarwater met mooi uitzicht en privacy. De tuin is volledige omheind Papenveer is een knus, huisje voorzien van een moderne keuken en volledig ingerichte badkamer én 2 slaapkamers. Studio34 biedt rust, ruimte en een vrij uitzicht over de landerijen. In 2025 volledig gerenoveerd met oog voor luxe en comfort. Geniet van hazen die door het veld rennen en roofvogels die hoog boven je cirkelen. 5 minuten fietsen van het prachtig natuurgebied Egboetswater – dé plek voor wie houdt van natuur, stilte en vrijheid. Maar wie de reuring op wil zoeken zit met 15 min. in centrum Hoorn en met 40 min. in Amsterdam. Kortom een fijne plek, met privé tuin en diverse andere mogelijkheden.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Prachtige woning midden in de natuur en tegelijkertijd op fietsafstand van het historische centrum van Leiden, de oudste universiteitsstad van Nederland. De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

Relax and unwind in our detached cottage in a natural setting, right next to the church in the heart of Oostwoud! Enjoy the views over the farmyard and the farmlands towards Abbekerk, Twisk/Opperdoes and Medemblik. Overlook continuous fishing and boating waters. Rent a boat or a SUP and go on the water! Nature reserve "Het Egboetswater" is nearby, and the beach of the sweet sea at Medemblik is also worth it. Cycling, walking, sailing or by car? You can go anywhere from here!

Mooie ruime zonnige tuin voorzien van terrasmeubels. Er is mogelijkheid om een visboot er bij te huren.

Stap binnen in een uniek stukje Twisk: de volledig gerestaureerde Zuivelfabriek Rosita, waar verleden en toekomst elkaar in stijl ontmoeten. Hier slaap je letterlijk in de oude kaaskelder of onder de historische kaaszolder – plekken waar decennialang het rijke Twisker erfgoed werd gekoesterd. Nu getransformeerd tot twee luxe appartementen voor vier personen, ieder met een geheel eigen karakter.

The area is perfect for discovering various beautiful places in the Netherlands. Hoorn, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Volendam and Amsterdam are all within half an hour's drive. You can reach the IJsselmeer in fifteen minutes and the beach in half an hour.
