When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Cottage in beautiful nature in the village of Poběžovice

The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking the Orlické Mountains. The garden is fenced, which is very safe for small children and pets. A courtyard is available for parking your vehicle. There are many bike trails, forests, ponds, and beautiful nature in the area. The village of Poběžovice is located about 15 km from two large regional cities, Pardubice and Hradec Králové. There are many sports and cultural activities. History lovers will find many castles and chateaux nearby.

New design apartment with air conditioning

New air-conditioned two-room apartment, which offers accommodation for up to four people. The bedroom has its own dressing room and offers a luxurious double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed for full sleeping. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine, a bathroom with underfloor heating, a spacious shower with a ceiling shower and waterfall, a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer. Each room has its own TV with Wi-Fi.

One of the oldest houses in Opočno is located on a terraced slope of a former manor vineyard above the Zlatý Potok valley, overlooking the castle and the castle park in the oldest part of the picturesque town of Opočno in the Orlické Mountains. It dates from the late 15th century. This simple apartment on the ground floor of a house offers peace, greenery, and the sound of birds singing. It has 2 bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, a shower, and a toilet.

Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available right below the cottage.
