Seehaus Zeppelin - Your hideaway right on the lake

This unique place has a style all its own and an interesting history. The lake house was built in the 1930s by the famous Count von Zeppelin. Today it is a completely renovated hideaway that still invites guests from all over the world with the original facade. The Zeppelin lake house is located directly on the lake with its own lake access. It is designed as a retreat for two people, e.g. couples or friends. Whether for a workation, creative break or just to relax.

We are located on a plateau surrounded by meadows and forests above Oetz in the Ötztal and are the starting point for wonderful hikes. Lake Piburg is a 20-minute walk away. Directly with us there is a natural pond with extensive sunbathing areas. Area47 is also only 4 km away. Canyoning, biking, tennis, paragliding, ... The Schiarena Hochötz can be reached in 6 minutes by car from us. Kühtai, Sölden or Obergurgl are also close to us.
