The Hochoetz ski resort, connected to the Kühtai resort, is 2 km away, Sölden can be reached in 30 minutes or you can use the free ski bus in front of the building. The hut has no parking space in front of the house and can only be reached by a small footpath: Parking is available at the KIG for a fee. Around the corner are the Krimml Waterfalls and 3000 m peaks of the Hohe Tauern, which want to be conquered, the longest toboggan run on the Wildkogel and skiing in the Zillertal Arena, all nearby!

On both sides of the condo you can go outdoors on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom, a cot can be placed in the bedroom. The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and next you can only hear the crickets pine.
