From the front door you can start directly into nature – whether hiking, ski touring, climbing or simply walking. You can also quickly reach the Bergeralm ski resort. The Kitzbühel Alps offer everything you need for your alpine holiday, including the Tyrolean comfort: a hike to the Kitzbüheler Horn, a bike tour through beautiful Tyrol or a visit to idyllic Kitzbühel. After an exhausting day, you can relax in one of the two in-house saunas or you can visit the modern wellness complex of the Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tyrol. The best thing at the end: As a guest of the COOEE alpin Hotel, your entry to the Badewelt is FREE!

Apartment with two bedrooms

There is a cloakroom at the entrance. Here you can go straight to the first bedroom (double bed). A kitchenette is located along the hallway towards the living/dining area. Arriving in the living and dining area, you will immediately see the cozy sitting area and the chill couch, the TV and much more. From there you will enter the bathroom and the second bedroom. Our largest apartment can accommodate a total of 6 people – ideally you are 4 adults and 2 children.

Single room / small double room Beautifully situated in a quiet location with views of the forest. Breakfast with mountain views is always included, and our wellness area awaits you for hours of relaxation after an active day. In summer, enjoy our heated pool with underwater lighting; in winter, enjoy free admission to the Panorama Badewelt water park. Whether hiking, skiing or simply doing nothing – here, your holiday will immediately feel right.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. A regional breakfast with fresh local produce awaits you in the morning. Guided ranger hikes are included.
