We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

New!!! Since May 23, 2025!! We have built an exclusive design suite for you with panoramic views of the Zugspitze for 2-3 people on 48 m². Here, alpine charm meets modern comforts. The open, bright interior design makes the suite a perfect place to enjoy. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitz massif. The apartment is located in the former Jagdschlössl, Ansitz Felsenheim.

The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb.
