A peaceful place, quiet, clean, in nature, we didn't need anything extra in the room

Cannot say enough about this fabulous stay. Fabrizio met us at the train station and carried our luggage as he toured the neighbourhood for us. Showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. He also scouted out gluten free restaurants for us as I am a celiac. Top 10 greeting.

Worth every euro. Assunta and her husband have the best spot in Positano. Walkable to downtown, very very clean, and very friendly. Private walk to arienzo beach, beautiful balcony. Everything was perfect. Next trip to Positano will be with them. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lorenzo’s! Photos really can’t capture how stunning the terrace view and the gorgeous garden are. Really nice location if you want to be slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main touristy areas. Delicious restaurants are in abundance all around. Lorenzo was beyond friendly and we ended up seeing him down at the local beach. Chatted and gave us wonderful recommendations for the rest of our stay which was incredibly helpful. Other reviews mention the abundance of stairs but truly the entirety of Positano is one large staircase lol - worth the hike to get there in our opinion.

We had a wonderful stay at Luca’s and the view cannot be beat! Luca went above expectations by meeting us at checkin to show us where to park and taking our luggage to and from the unit. Hope to stay here again one day!

A fabulous apartment with a super historic. I highly recommend this very modern clean and spacious apartment. I was genuinely sorry to leave and will certainly book with Dan again should I return to Florence in the future. Thank you for such excellent communication, clear instructions and great accommodation.

This home is just like the beautiful photos but even more spacious than I expected. We traveled with 3 teenage boys (five of us in all) and had so much space here. The host, Pierluigi has thought of everything. It is so well stocked and so clean. Amazing terraces with water views, large kitchen, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Very close to shopping and restaurants. This is the best property I’ve ever stayed in. And on top of all that, Pierluigi is so responsive, thoughtful and gracious. You couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend and we would stay here again for certain!!

Read the reviews - they are true. If you want to visit Cortona then just book here and you will not be disappointed. This is not a corporate rental, Margherita is proud of the home and so many little things which make a big difference. She picked us up on a Sunday and showed us around the property not just here’s the key code box number etc. she made a reservation for us at a popular restaurant just down from the apartment - doubt we would got the lovely corner table if we had booked ourselves. The two balconies really make a huge difference and you will find one of the best views and sunsets for any vacation. The location is just 2 mins from the main square and believe me this makes a difference in this beautiful but hilly village. Would we visit again ? Most definitely

Great location. Near metro and spanish steps. Short walk to Trevi. Great apartment! Very clean. Love the layout. Balcony is very peaceful at night. Tastefully decorated. The ONLY downside is that there is no elevator. This is stated in the description so it was not a surprise.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Pasquale and Katerina were the best hosts we could have asked for. My friends and I took a trip down for the weekend, and they were amazing. They helped accommodate our traveling and provided check-in help. Pasquale went as far as getting all 5 of us a souvenir to have a piece of the area to take back with us. The space is absolutely beautiful and we expressed interest in the history of the house, to that Pasquale sent us all the information his family has on this house! We never felt scared to reach out for help, and they went above and beyond with recommendations and transportation help because we were not familiar with the area. They were amazing people, and we would love to come back!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

The check-in/check-out was very straightforward. The hosts very nice and helpful. The terrace was definitely my favorite part of the apartment! And maybe also the rain shower in the bathroom ;-) You just have to be lucky with the neighbors around, so that it is quiet, but the hosts can't do anything about that. In any case, it was a great stay in a great location - I would definitely book this accommodation again. Grazie mille!

This stay was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. Mostly because we fell in love with Praiano and the pool and view of this place is unmatched. Roberta was so helpful in booking a sunset cruise with transport, dinner recs and so much more. I will dream of this stay for a very long time.

Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. Lucio and Salvatore's place was amazing. It was spotless and so very tastefully decorated. My husband, adult son and I felt right at home. We walked to all the attractions. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from right outside the door. Free parking was very close. The kitchen was stocked. We were so happy to have chosen this beautiful home. Check in was easy with Salvatore and he was very helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The place and the attention Marta offers are excellent. A good place to base yourself to visit Tuscany.

Waking up to the sight of the sparkling sea and coastal towns was nothing short of magical. Huge private balcony with a very welcoming heated jacuzzi. The apartment itself was immaculate. Spotlessly clean and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Every corner felt fresh and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Amalfi Coast, yet peaceful enough to enjoy quiet mornings and sunsets. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hosts Serena and Carmen were so sweet and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in this beautiful region! This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

Serena's place is better than the pictures. If you want somewhere to relax off the beaten path on the Almalfi Coast this is the place. Serena is amazing and so helpful with recommendations and ideas for transportation. Serena's dad picked us up and took us back to the ferry terminal as well as the mini market so we didn't have to walk up the hill. We would definitely stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.

You really can’t beat the view of this place. Dorotea met us at check in and gave us a thorough tour as well as many local recommendations that were super helpful. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone looking a beautiful location with a stunning view that is quiet and relaxing. The only downside, if you can even call it that, is that the apartment is halfway up a very windy road. Not great for those who might not like walking up and down to get to town and the beach. We got used to it though!
