Holiday rentals with beach access in Tyrrhenian Sea

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. Nico’s place was in a prefect location. Close to everything- beach, Old Town, restaurants and shopping. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you need a place in Nice.

Gorgeous apartment. Assunta and her husband are wonderful hosts! So polite and helpful. The views are STUNNING from here and perfect private access to Arienzo beach club if going there. The main town is a ten minute walk along the roadside so not advisable if you are not that mobile or have kids but easy enough for a young couple. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Taormina was absolutely unforgettable, and Sabrina's Airbnb was a true highlight of our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the city center, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views from the property were breathtaking, and we found ourselves pausing often just to take them in. The space itself was beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both elegant and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our time in Sicily. Highly recommend!

Francesco’s place was lovely, beautiful views. It is about a 15 min walk to Amalfi and roads are very hilly, something to keep in mind. There is a bar/restaurant about 5 min walk away with delicious food and drink and amazing views. Francesco place is spacious and clean with amenities

An authentic and atmospheric house in a very interesting Sardinian area. Extremely kind and hospitable hosts who provided us with a clean and well-maintained home.

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house is wonderful. You really need to take into account the hundreds of steps to and from the house, but other than that it's just wonderful!

We had a fantastic time at the Marco Polo house! Beautiful surroundings and views enhanced by a very nice Mediterranean interior design. We loved the house and it was very convenient for us. You're minutes away from everything and from beautiful little coves where you can enjoy a morning swim :-) We highly recommend this airbnb.

Casa Calypso was absolutely beautifully decorated and spacious inside and the views were amazing. It is worth the climb up the stairs for sure! Arianna was the perfect hostess, greeting us upon check in, with porter ready to help us with the luggage. She had drinks and snacks to welcome us from our long journey. Arianna was very responsive, answering any questions we had about the area, transportation and making great recommendations. Our stay was very memorable and highly recommend Arianna and Casa Calypso.

Heaven on Earth! The accommodation is so beautiful and unique. The house is located on a mountain surrounded by nature and tranquility. It is equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed every second there. The view is simply breathtaking. Alfredo is a wonderful host. Thank you for this amazing stay!

Fantastic, friendly host that was very helpful throughout our stay and communication was excellent through the whole process. The accommodation was as described and had all the amenities for a very comfortable and relaxed stay. The location is great; we had a late arrival but only had a handful of meters to walk where we were warmly greated by the hosts family member; fabulous restaurants, beaches, transport options all within minutes of the accommodation. Would highly recommend staying here and visiting the island of Ischia!

The location of the accommodation is absolutely TOP! Graziella is very nice and responds quickly to messages. The place was lacking in nothing. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea. At night it is quiet and you can sleep super in the large beds. There are screens on the windows. Towels and beach towels as well as kitchen towels are fully available. Also umbrellas for the beach. I can only recommend this accommodation! The location and the surroundings also have a lot to offer! Thank you Graziella for letting us be your guests!

Great stay in Salerno! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and felt quite luxurious. It’s in a convenient location—close to the beach, port, airport, and with great transport links nearby. However, even with the location, the apartment was still private and not too much noise pollution around. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, and the hosts even helped arrange our transfer to the airport. Would happily stay here again!

Margherita’s condo is nothing short of a hidden gem in Salerno! Located in a secure location on a quiet side street, this place is very comfy and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay (however do be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs to access the condo!). We could’ve sat on the balcony for hours just marvelling at the breathtaking view of the mountains. Margherita and Francesca were wonderful hosts; always communicative and ready to help! Despite the language barrier between us, Margherita kindly took the time to meet us at the outside gate for check-in and showed us all that the place had to offer (including a tasting of her homemade limoncello!). It truly is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the Amalfi Coast. We are so grateful to Margherita and Francesca for taking such great care of us!! :)

This apartment was like a true Italian experience. It is cosy and thoughtfully designed using space cleverly, especially in the kitchen. It has 4 balconies and overlooks a busy corner ( pedestrian street) below. Fun to people watch, both locals and tourists. The location is in the heart of the old town and has many restaurants close by. Easy to walk to the beach ( a few minutes away) and the fish market and all tourist sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this very comfortable apartment even though it could be noisy at times it didn’t bother us. A great place to stay.
