The house is spread over two floors with an additional attic floor, surrounded by woods, land and olive trees, consisting of a large masonry kitchen in a single room with a dining room and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, 3 bedrooms, one of which is an attic, 2 bathrooms, a large covered veranda overlooking the garden and several parking spaces, equipped with a convenient outdoor barbecue for excellent grilling.

Very quiet accommodation. Studio at La Trinité 06340 bordering Nice (20 minutes from Nice). Private parking before a small descent to access the accommodation. 10 minutes from the 2 entrances to the highway towards Italy, Monaco, and Cannes. This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with unobstructed views of the hills. Access via a road with several hairpin turns. Accommodation independent of the house, very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car is essential.

Bright living room and kitchen, bathroom, a large mezzanine bedroom, with two double beds. Dry toilet outside. Shaded terrace and parking, barbecue. The first beaches are 5 minutes away, the port is 7 minutes away. Energy self-sufficient property: photovoltaic power plant and solar water heater

Minimaliste, au confort simple, propice au calme, à la détente et pour se déconnecter, notre petit chalet de 40 m2 dont 20 en mezzanine ( attention toiture en pente, escalier de meunier) est installé sur le même terrain que notre maison, à 3km du village de Biot, à mi-chemin entre Nice et Cannes. Non-fumeur à l'intérieur Ni WiFI ni télévision WC en extérieur ( ont remplacé les toilettes sèches) Clim réversible Relaxation et modelage sonore sur demande.

Old sheepfold transformed into a mountain chalet, ideal for spending good times in the middle of a beautiful hilltop village of the Nice hinterland, in winter and summer come and enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors in the mountains, activities such as electric bike, via Ferrata, many hiking trails from the village will entertain you. Our house is located under the medieval village square and is accessed via a 200 m pedestrian path with a drop

It is the perfect place for relaxing and spending time away from the stressful city life. The house is perfect for couples, families, big group , and pets are also welcome. Beaches are only 15 min by car. This is also a perfect place to work remotely.
