House holiday rentals in Tyrrhenian Sea

We stayed for a week at this beautiful villa, waking up to gorgeous sunsets every morning… We had the most stunning sea view. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was an added bonus. We hired a car to go around and it was very convenient for us to visit the surrounding areas and beyond. All the recommendations provided were spot on especially ‘La Cinta’ beach and ‘la Taverna’ restaurant! Vincenzo was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. Missing that gorgeous view…

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Everything was absolutely perfect! ⭐️ Location: Ideal base for exploring Tuscany — you’re right in the heart of it all. Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

If you like it a little off the beaten track, this is the place for you. Great accommodation, fully cozy, the pool was clean. Like everything else. To get there, you drive from the main road up a small mountain road about 6 km. Nevertheless, Porto Vecchio or Bonifazio are very easy to reach. You definitely need a car. We loved it. A small note, fly screens would be good.

Amélie and Daniel’s place is amazing, a little corner of paradise, both inside and outside. The views are beautiful and really peaceful. They were very responsive and helpful overall. The only negative thing of note is that the location displayed on the app is closer to the beach than in reality (though validated by airbnb). We had planned to walk but had to arrange for a mode of transport last minute, which was not ideal.

We spent a week in this house and were completely satisfied. The location is quiet and idyllic, with a wide view of the Tuscan landscape - a real highlight, especially from the infinity pool. The pool is very well maintained and offers enough space for swimming and relaxing. The house is clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished – modern. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were in perfect condition. The hostess was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to questions. The check-in went smoothly, all important information was provided in advance. Feel free to come back anytime!

There are no words to describe the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Maria Teresa; a wonderful creature who loves animals as most people should. The structure is absolutely perfect for what my needs were. Very clean, very comfortable mattresses, complete with everything you needed (from detergent to extra virgin olive oil made by them), including a beach umbrella, beach towels and even new slippers for the whole family. What can I say, people should take an example from this girl on how to run a B&B. I hope to return as soon as possible. 💛

Where to begin with this incredible town and home. Roses dream house is a dream. The sea view and private patio are perfect for your quiet mornings and evenings. It would be a great sun patio too during the day. It was very private. This place had the basic amenities you need. It was clean and super safe! There were no steps to get to this adorable abode, that is not an easy thing to find and was so much appreciated. The host was incredible. So responsive to any question we had. Offered food suggestions, made dinner reservations, gave us boat schedules and more. Inside there is the bus schedule as well. We loved taking the water taxis to Amalfi and Positano instead of a crowded bus. Must eat something light and have drinks at Miragalli, the owner Mario is a gem. Also check out Ciali Bistrot & Kasai was our other favorite restaurant. This place was quiet and we love Praiano away from crowds of the other 2 main towns. We felt like locals. You will not be disappointed!

Stunning apartment attached to the main house in the stonewall hamlet of Scala. Gorgeous location. If you have a short stay, would recommend packing light because the stairs down to the dwelling and through the hamlet are impressive! Incredibly peaceful with a magical view, and the hosts are so kind and welcoming. Delicious breakfast in the garden and great recommendations for where to go and what to see. Such a treat - highly recommend.

The fantastically beautiful Casa del Capitano has been renovated with great care and respect for the historic building, the environment and nature. The furnishings are luxurious (e.g. brick whirlpool made of natural stone) and really all conceivable amenities are available (e.g. ice cube machine). The view is incredible, 270 degrees of sea view is hard to comprehend. The hosts were always available, reliable, organized everything perfectly and accompanied us with advice and action (e.g. where to shop on Sundays after arrival by ferry) – from check-in to the departure. The personal contact in particular was exceptionally warm and very pleasant. There were many small, loving details such as fresh lemons from the garden as well as herbs and "Elba fragrance" (Aqua dell'Elba) in the house. And the most detailed compilation of information about the house and the surrounding area that I have ever seen. You can feel that nothing has been spared here, so that the guests feel completely comfortable.

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

Great place, great host!

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.

We had a fantastic stay at Michela’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and Michela was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the cozy garden, the local guide with great recommendations and a smooth check in process. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thanks again for everything!

Apartment with a beautiful veranda! We really liked it in Cefalu! Luka gave us clear instructions on how to get there and check in, was very hospitable and quickly answered any question. I would be happy to recommend this place to other travelers

We spent an incredible stay in your house, the design and location are outstanding. And it’s a beautiful combination of architecture, design and nature!

What a place to spend a few quiet days. The view is spectacular, the accommodation is excellent and the host is so accommodating. He was happy to drop us into the local village and was always happy to answer any questions. While the host does live on the premises, it’s as if there is no one there. The property is effectively split in two and the pool and tub are for your private use only. The location is remote but if it’s relaxation you seek, it’s as good as it gets.

We had a great time at Giovanni's house. The house is a typical old farmhouse renovated with a unique design and a beautiful freestanding bathtub. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature. You can find olive, cherry and hazelnut trees. The outdoor spaces are vast for taking walks with a breathtaking view on one side of the sea and on the other of Mount Etna. Nearby there are typical restaurants and various wineries that offer wine tasting of Etna. Then there are the hosts who I must say are very kind and take great care of this place. A car is necessary to get around comfortably, and it is also possible to reach the sea. Thanks to Giovanni, Pippo and Gertrud!

This has to be one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed it. The accommodation was luxurious in an absolutely stunning area of Tuscany. The rolling fields and cypress tree made a spectacular setting for this beautiful house. We had hired a car and this place was a 20 minute drive from Siena. Our only regret was not staying here longer.

A Tuscan dream. Some days I had to pinch myself to realize that I wasn't in a movie. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the region and also in the house. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was unique and we also enjoyed grilling outside. We simply enjoyed it and felt at home. Finally, relaxation and tranquility, which you rarely experience. Thank you for your trust in this wonderful piece of Tuscany. A must-see for all those seeking peace and quiet or people who really want to experience what Tuscan flair means. We will be happy to come back!
