Das stilvolle, mit antiken Möbeln und Bildern eingerichtete kleine Maisonette bietet Platz für zwei Personen.

House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Das Farmers Home mit seinen 190 m2 ist ideal für "Family and Friends". Man wohnt und kocht im Erdgeschoss. Hinaus geht man zum Vorhof des Bauernhauses mit Tischen und Stühlen - ideal für ein Outdoor Frühstück oder einen Grillabend. Der Blick geht in Richtung Pferde- Weide und Bauernhöfe. In der ersten Etage gibt es insgesamt 3 Doppel-Zimmer - eines davon mit "en Suite" Bad. 2 weitere Badezimmer befinden sich im Farmers Home.

APARTMENT LAURA - Läufer´s Chiemsee Holiday Home Gstadt 40 sqm Our apartment is located in the quiet residential area in Gstadt. The lake is a 4-5 minute walk. Our property is beautifully grown, very quiet and idyllic. Children are welcome here, but we ask you to register them as a 3rd or 4th regular guest. We also provide cribs, changing tables, chairs for the little ones....We ask for your understanding.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Lakeside house

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and is very close to the lake. With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station. Over 3 floors: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a hobby room with sofa bed.
