A small staircase up, you will find a newly renovated upper floor with bathroom. 15 minutes walk along the water into Ljungskile center and train/bus station and only 50 meters to 2 nice restaurants. A quiet little oasis with proximity to nature and plenty of activities in the area for those who want them.

Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer as well as induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, umbrella, access to your own beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. Next hot tub is available

Jordfall cottage

Accommodation: Welcome to our newly renovated charming cottage in Jordfall. The cottage is 79 sqm with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room and toilet. A patio, partly covered, that can be enjoyed even in bad weather. For saltwater swimming, beach and cliffs, you can walk in lush surroundings in 15 minutes. There, you can also put your boat in the water if you have one. Nearby: If you prefer to shop and enjoy a good coffee, Torp's shopping center is 20 minutes away. Bring your own sheets and towels.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.
