The property offers an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a double bedroom with a terrace. In the cold months you can warm up with the heat of the wood-burning stove. Depending on the season you can buy our products (honey, vegetables, jams).

'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!

We are 5 minutes away by car to Kobarid, 20 minutes by car to Bovec.
