Location is great for family holiday if you like cruising between trattorias, hiking, or just spending time in wonderful garden and enjoying the view from the pool. Andrea was very helpful at check in and we received all needed help and information. House is furnished in rustical style and it is big enough and clean. There is also a small grocery in the village. Very nice place and I would for sure like to come back.

Patrizia was a great host! She is very nice, communicates fast and all instructions are clear. The apartment was very nice and convenient for us 4. The location is great because it is near the beach and the centre but still in a silent street. We have enjoyed our stay :)

This property is located in beautiful Slovenian wine country. The house is just as pictured and very comfortable for a large family. This property is separated into three different large and functional spaces, perfect for groups. The scenery is unreal and the home is well designed and kept. We enjoyed day trips to Italy and to vineyards, the Šmartno downtown is also very cute and very close. The sauna was also a fabulous treat. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway outside of the city!

Es ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, ein kleines Häuschen, das an ein großes Haus angrenzt, mit einem großen, idyllischen Garten und einem großartigen Pool , von dem aus man das ganze Tagliamento überblickt. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit guten Infos versorgt hat. Fußläufig gibt es ein gutes Alimentari mit kleiner Bar. Für Wanderer gibt es den Monte Pala und einen wunderschönen mittelalterlichen Weg nach Vito d'asio über San Martino- vor der Haustür !

Great place

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis chez Andrea ! La maison est magnifique, sans compter la vue extraordinaire aussi bien de la maison que de la piscine, dans un endroit paisible. Andrea nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès le premier jour.

We have spent 2 nights in beautifull little studio with shared garden. We have been offer as extra option of massage by local very good masseur. We have enjoyed stay in area although it is quite a distance to any local restaurants or shops. But with convinient walk to town and beach on the way.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.

This was a wonderful place to stay - the view from the living area and balcony was stunning; the place was super clean; and enough space (and beds) for our group of 6 women. Carlo was extremely helpful, and even included a short video and how to find the address (which came in handy).

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft bietet reichlich Platz. Es sollte klar sein, dass das Haus nicht nagelneu ist & natürlich bereits einige Abnutzungserscheinungen aufweist. Einige Handtücher sollten erneuert werden. Dennoch ist es ein schönes Haus. Besonders hat uns auch der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse zur Abkühlung gefallen. Das Haus befindet sich sehr nah am Park Hemingway. Ideal für Hundebesitzer und Familien mit Kindern. Grundsätzlich ist die Lage des Hauses aus unserer Sicht sehr gut. Der Strand ist in 10 - 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Aber auch verschiedene Restaurants und andere Ausflugsorte sind von der Unterkunft gut & oft auch schnell erreichbar. Es gibt auch in der Nähe einen Lidl. Die Gastgeberin Teresa ist sehr freundlich & hat uns einfach & unkompliziert in Empfang genommen. Sie war immer gut & schnell erreichbar & hat auch schnell & zuverlässig unsere Anfragen geklärt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden & empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

We stayed in Slovenia for three nights, and the house was beautiful and easily accessible. We had a group of eleven, and it accommodated us very well. We also had three rental cars and were able to park all of them on site, it was a little tight, but definitely doable. We found this to be a fantastic central location for visiting Lake Bled, Soča Gorge, Tolmin Gorge, and Vintgar Gorge. We could only stay for three days, but we absolutely would have stayed longer if we had the time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well located home base while exploring the area.

View is amazing, we really enjoyed the stay. Only FYI to concider the parking is public, but one spot was allways free and groceries are far for walking so you need to use car or public transportation

Ein sehr schönes Haus, in 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und die Poolanlage war ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch in der Nähe. Voll ausgestattete Wohnung, Putzmitteln waren ausreichend vorhanden . War alles sehr schön und ansprechend.

Tolle Unterkunft und wunderbarer Gastgeber. Auch das Frühstück war lecker, beaonders und ein absolutes Highlight! Alles mit Liebe gemacht, sauber, schick, schön gelegen und mit Charakter gestaltet. Auch der Pool und die Tiere auf dem Gelände waren toll. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Esperienza ottima nella villa di Mauro! Posto riservato ma non isolato. Quartiere tranquillo immerso in un paesaggio fantastico. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo sentiti a casa, i nostri cani si sono divertiti nell’enorme giardino. Casa dotata di molte comodità, e Mauro è stato super ospitale e gentile nei nostri riguardi, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze anche di check in e check out! Speriamo di tornarci presto! Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta vackra hus på landet med en härlig avskild pool. Värdinnan Federica var otroligt trevlig och serviceminded, vilket gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre. Huset ligger i en idyllisk miljö och poolen var en riktig höjdpunkt. Trevliga utflyktsmål som höga berg och badstränder var inom någon timmes resväg med bil, vilket gav oss möjlighet att utforska området ordentligt. Vi rekommenderar definitivt detta ställe för en avkopplande semester.

Es war super schön, wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist klasse. Laura war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Really a very special place with an outstandingly incredible view. Wonderful homebase to discover the magic of the region and very close to a wonderful little market/ bar!! We loved it!!
