The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. In 2023, the house was further renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The house is ideally located for beautiful hikes, directly on the nature reserve. The nearby Eifelsteig hiking trails are also popular. The Eifel offers many excursions nearby and further afield.

You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.
