Alpacadroom is a unique location at the edge of the village and the forest. Our cozy group accommodation can accommodate 14 people. The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. With its generous living room, you will find a complete kitchen with cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family and friends' week(end) gathering. The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Our cottage is a 4-person chalet and is located in park t Veluws hof in Hoenderloo. There is a completely fenced sunny garden at the cottage where you can relax. The cottage is located at the back edge of the park in a very quiet place. You can walk directly from the cottage into the forest where you can take many walks and beautiful bike rides. Park de Hoge Veluwe is also around the corner. You can also make nice day trips to cities such as Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Deventer and Zutphen.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Echter desgewenst serveren we een ontbijt voor u op de kamer of in één van de sfeervolle en suite eetkamers op de begane grond. We rekenen dit ter plekke af.
