Falcon House

Sokil Estate is located in the Kyiv region, Novosilky village, Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kyiv. This is a traditional mud house (heated by a wood-burning stove), but with all modern amenities. Built in 1937. When reconstructing the house, we sought to preserve the original rural character of the building, while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is in an authentic style: clay dishes, handmade wooden furniture and a clay wood-burning oven for cooking.

Хатинка знаходяться на окраєні букового лісу з панорамою на вітряки. У нас ви зможете повністю перезагрузитися і надихнутися красою довкола. У будинку є окремо ізольована спальня, кухня-вітальня, двоспальне місце на мансардному поверсі, ванна, душ, туалет, сауна( додаткова оплата), а також чан на терасі(додаткова оплата).

A very beautiful green courtyard with a cozy seating area and barbecue. In a quiet location. A kilometer from the house there is a shopping center with supermarkets, boutiques, a cinema, a children's area and food courts. The sea is 2 km away with well-maintained beaches, restaurants, swimming pools and playgrounds. There are two houses on the property: the main one and the guest house. There is an apartment in a guest house on the 2nd floor.

Розташований Holiday Cottage Sofi у мальовничому селі Тюдів (Косівський район Івано-Франківська область), що простяглось вздовж берегів річки Черемош, яка протікає за двісті метрів від Holiday Cottage Sofi.

ЛАЗЕЩИНА ,(Lazeshchyna (в заголовку помилково вказано як Ясіня) яке розташоване найближче до найвищих вершин українських Карпат Петрос (2020 м) і Говерла (2061 м), та знаходиться на кордоні між Закарпаттям та Галичиною, а взимку це гірськолижний курорт, всього 15 км до Буковеля, 18 км до Драгобрата.
