Навпроти хатки - неймовірна зона вогню з вуличними меблями із столітнього дуба для барбекю та просто, щоб зігрітися. У хатинці є камін. У хатинці можна відпочивати з тваринками без жодних доплат. Дуже красивий зелений дворик із затишною зоною відпочинку та барбекю. У тихому місці. За кілометр від будинку торговий центр із супермаркетами, бутіками, кінотеатром, дитячою зоною та фуд-кортами. У 2км море з доглянутими пляжами, ресторанами, басейнами та дитячими майданчиками. На території знаходиться два будинки: основний та гостьовий. Задається апартамент у гостьовому будиночку на 2 поверсі.
